Terms of Service & Rental Agreement

By booking a roll-off dumpster with Atlas Dumpsters Rental LLC (“Atlas Dumpsters Rental”), you agree to comply with the following operational terms and conditions.

1. Placement & Property Access

The customer is responsible for designating an unobstructed, safe placement area for the container. While Atlas Dumpsters Rental utilizes our standard Hardwood Driveway Protection System, the customer warrants that the placement surface is capable of supporting the weight of the truck and loaded container.

2. Prohibited Materials

In compliance with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality and Maricopa County landfill regulations, the customer agrees not to load hazardous materials, liquid paint, chemicals, asbestos, batteries, pressurized tanks, or biohazards into the container.

3. Fill Limits & Safe Transport

Debris must remain level with the container sidewalls (the water line). Overfilled containers that pose highway transport hazards cannot be hauled until adjusted by the customer.
